Artifacts Donations

We gladly accept vintage artifacts of historical value or non-vintage but special interest items of value to the history of Monrovia!

Please contact us ahead of time via email with the following information:

object name and detailed description of the item(s), e.g., size dimensions, condition, year of use or manufacture or circa, and the owner, if known (if unknown, how it came to your possession);
attach photo(s) of the item(s);
items' history and relevance to the City of Monrovia; and/or
print out, fill out, and attach a copy of our donation form (see link button above).
once reviewed, we will then schedule a drop off date or ship/mail the item(s) to us if you are out of the area.

Please do not bring items to the museums without FIRST speaking to one of our board members. Please note that dropping off an item is not a guarantee of acceptance. Please do not drop off items on our front door during non-operating hours.
