The Museum is located one mile north of the Foothill Freeway (210) from the Mountain Avenue exit, and is 20 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. Free street parking is available in front of the Museum.

Museum Gift Cart
The Museum offers a variety of items for sale including Samson bear toys, pins, books, postcards and note cards. Occasionally, the Museum makes available vintage military uniforms and jackets for purchase.

For the safety of our guests and our volunteers, masks must be worn in public areas of the Museum. One group at a time will be permitted into the exhibit wings. Hand sanitizer will be provided in the interactive areas. If you feel unwell, please visit us another time.
Admission is always free. Donations are gladly accepted.
Food, Drinks and Picnicking
Food and drinks are not available for purchase at the Museum. Several nearby restaurants provide sit-down and fast-food options. A drinking fountain is available inside the Museum and in the adjacent park area.
The Museum is located in the City of Monrovia's Recreation Park, where there are picnic tables, a playground area, tennis courts, a skate park, a baseball field and more. Click here for directions and a MAP.
